Last Station Before The Void is a sci-fi audio drama podcast created and written by Mario Rasero and Mic Piovosi, with voice acting, audio production and artwork by Mic Piovosi. It takes place in a mysterious service station floating on the edge of the universe, where space travellers stop for fuel, coffee, and cherry pie, bringing incredible stories from the cosmos. Broadcasting from the solitude of the cosmological horizon, the station’s radio tells the strange and fascinating events unfolding across the universe.
The project originally started in Italian as Ultima Stazione, later expanding into an English version to reach a wider audience. It also has a spin-off series, Dagli Archivi del Deposito 6, which delves into classified recordings and hidden knowledge from deep space. Currently in Italian, this series will soon be available in English as well, further expanding the universe of Last Station Before The Void.
